Improvements to the Electronic Assessment Tool (EATv4)

We have made some improvements to the Electronic Assessment Tool (EATv4) as a result of feedback from member organisations, surveyors and self-assessment reviewers.

OA Summary

If your organisation self-rates a criterion at Outstanding Achievement (OA) in EATv4, an additional OA Summary tab will automatically appear next to the Summary of Supportive Evidence tab.

The purpose of this section is to enable the organisation to provide to the surveyors a brief submission summarising  why it believes it is a leader in that criterion, what steps were taken to achieve this and proof that the requirements to reach an OA rating have been met (refer to section 4.2.7, The ACHS EQuIP 4 Guide Part 1 – How to achieve OA).

This section must be completed by the organisation, in addition to the OA Summary of Supportive Evidence section, in order to submit the survey.

Acronyms Page

An Acronyms section has been added under the Member Details, this is a page where organisations can list most commonly used acronyms in their self-assessment. This information is important to the surveyors and report readers as acronyms can vary widely between organisations.

Please contact your ACHS Customer Service Manager for more information and guidance on completing the OA Summary and Acronym fields in EATv4.
