ACHS Member Satisfaction Survey 2009

This most recent independent review of member satisfaction was undertaken between May and September last year by ARTD Consultants.
 
The Report was submitted to the Board in September 2009 and then to the Council Meeting in November 2009. The staff of ACHS has also been briefed on its outcomes. As you will see, the Report contains a wealth of information that will be used progressively in improving our services. In particular the Report identifies a number of Priority Areas for Action, which are the issues on which we are focussing in the first instance. Comments on each of these areas are included in the Action Plan (which may be accessed below) and will be regularly updated, particularly as part of our review of the EQuIP Program currently underway.
 
As in the past, the results of such surveys will provide a rich source of information to influence the further evolution of our various programs and services.
