Our Improvement Academy provides organisations, teams and individuals with practical skills, knowledge and expertise to improve the safety and quality of care they provide.

Types of Improvement Academy training programs:

Public training

Any members of your healthcare organisation can attend our public training. It is offered online, or on-site across Australia and in some international cities.

Custom training

If your organisation requires specific training, or you wish to upskill your people in a particular area, you can request customised training, where a trainer will come on-site to a location of your choice, or deliver it online.

e-Learning

Revolutionise the way you learn! Explore our accessible, flexible, new e-learning platform which allows on-demand, self-paced training.
