This list is updated once every month. Please note that since the 15th April organisations may have had their accreditation status revised in line with finalisation of survey results. 

The ACHS strongly believes in the public availability of appropriate information resulting from accreditation surveys, a position which has been met with broad support from our member organisations and peak industry bodies represented on our Council.

As a new public disclosure initiative, organisations surveyed from 1 July 2004 may choose to voluntarily publish a jointly agreed statement on the ACHS website or provide a link to the survey report on their own website.

Given the phased introduction of this public disclosure initiative, the unavailability of any given organisation’s “Accreditation Details” may not reflect its intention to publish these details at the time of its next survey.

Where “HPR” is listed alongside an organisation’s accreditation status, the organisation has received a High Priority Recommendation requiring early attention.

This listing includes both Members and Associate Members. Associate Members are organisations whose membership is covered by a broader, overarching body such as an Area Health Service.
