Calendar workshop fees include: Refreshments, training materials, Certificate of Attendance and lunch for full day workshops

Group discounts apply to organisations with multiple representatives at a single workshop. Five registrations or more from the same organisation to the same workshop attract a 10% discount.

Registration
To apply for any of the listed workshop programs please download and complete a registration form (follow the link from the workshop calendar) and forward with payment details by fax or email to: Fax  02 9211 9633, email: educate@achs.org.au

Closing date for registrations

Registrations for workshops close at least two weeks prior to the workshop date. Late registrations may be accepted in some cases, please contact ACHS education to apply.

Early bird rates are available up to one month prior to the workshop

Confirmation

The ACHS will immediately confirm by email that your registration form has been received. Workshop confirmation with all details of the workshop venue will be sent by email once the required minimum number of registrants has been reached (at least 10 days prior to the workshop). If you have not received this workshop confirmation at least three days prior to a workshop, please contact ACHS Education urgently: phone +61 2 9281 9955 or email: educate@achs.org.au

Cancellation Policy

The ACHS reserves the right to cancel any workshop. Full registration will be refunded if a workshop is cancelled or oversubscribed.

If you wish to Cancel: An administration fee of $44 (GST inclusive) will apply to all cancellations with more than 3 working days written notification of inability to attend the workshop. The full workshop fee will apply for 3 working days or less written notification. Alternatively, a nominated replacement may attend.
