Surveyor inductions occur as needs arise and successful applicants are invited to attend the three-day surveyor induction workshop at our Sydney office.  An applicant's suitability as a surveyor is continually assessed during the induction. Those proceeding past the induction are invited to a training survey. Following the successful completion of a training survey, surveyors are appointed for an initial probation period, with ongoing reappointment conditional on surveyors ability to meet the criteria for reappointment.

The majority of ACHS surveyors work full-time in the Health Care Industry and are supported by their employer to survey for the ACHS. Those who are unable to be supported by their employer may apply to the ACHS to become honorarium (paid) surveyors, after an initial probation period. For more information on surveying please visit the 'What is a Surveyor' web page.

If you would like to become a surveyor please apply now to be considered for a future induction. If you have any questions, please contact Ms Sue Doyle, Surveyor Workforce Administrator on +61 2 9281 9955 or
