As an organisation that seeks to encourage quality improvement in healthcare organisations across Australia and overseas, ACHS also sets its own quality and continuous improvement goals.

Feedback - both complimentary and critical - is important to us and both ACHS Members and the public are welcome to provide feedback at: feedback@achs.org.au

We welcome any suggestions or comments you may have, and will acknowledge receipt of any feedback received within 24 hours, or the next  working day.

If you have a specific complaint about a hospital, please raise it in the first instance with the hospital's Local Health District.
