As an organisation that seeks to encourage quality improvement in healthcare organisations across Australia and overseas, ACHS also sets its own quality and continuous improvement goals.

Feedback - both complimentary and critical - is important to us and both ACHS Members and the public are welcome to provide feedback at: feedback@achs.org.au

We welcome any suggestions or comments you may have, and will acknowledge receipt of any feedback received within 24 hours, or the next  working day.

If you have a specific complaint about a hospital, please raise it in the first instance with the hospital's Local Health District.

Quality Improvement can sometimes feel like more luck than anything else. Thank you for providing structure and guidelines to help with future QI programs. The whole course was fantastic and already has benefits within my department.
