The Organisation-Wide Survey is an on-site review that ensures that the organisation is providing quality and safe care and service and determines accreditation status.

ACHS EQuIP5 Periodic Review (PR) Guidelines for Organisations

The Periodic Review is an on-site review that seeks to assist in maintaining the momentum for continuous improvement between Organisation-Wide Surveys (OWS) and confirms that the organisation continues to provide quality and safe care and service.

These Guidelines are to be used in conjunction with the ACHS EQuIP5 Guide.
