The definition and clarity of information that the Evaluation
and Quality Improvement Program (EQuIP) collects allows ACHS to
build an expansive picture of healthcare
performance achievements based on organisations' self-assessments
and the results of on-site surveys against the standards.
The ACHS National Report on Health Services Accreditation
Performance 2011 - 2012
(5th edition) describes the performance of healthcare
organisations participating in the ACHS accreditation programs,
EQuIP 4 and EQuIP5, during surveys conducted between 1 January 2011
- 31 December 2012. The report's Key Findings provide an overview
of survey trends observed across 2011 - 2012, as well as to
highlighting areas of high performance and areas that continue to
present a challenge.
In addition to the 5th edition of the National Report
on Health Services Accreditation
Performance, web versions are provided below of the 4th
(2009 - 2010) and 35rd (2007 - 2008) editions.
