This interactive training session on change management strongly links to the NSQHS second edition Standard 1.08 and 1.28 and National Model Clinical Governance Framework. 

This workshop is ideal for front line clinicians, quality/ patient safety managers who need to implement change in clinical settings to improve patient safety. It will be highly interactive utilising a case-based teaching approach. Suitable for beginner to intermediate change clinicians providing an introduction to change management and change theories and how to build will for change.

Please note that registrations for all ACHS Improvement Academy public training events are managed by Eventbrite which accepts payment with credit or debit card. We are unable to issue invoices outside of this system. Registrants will receive an automated tax invoice/receipt once they have finalised their payment. This can be used for reimbursement purposes.

Cancellation Policy
The ACHS reserves the right to cancel any program.  Full registration will be refunded if a program is cancelled or oversubscribed.
IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL*
Cancellations received in writing by ACHS more than 7 days prior to the event will be accepted and all fees refunded less 10% (ex GST) of the total cost of the training. Cancellations received within 7 days of the event will not be refunded, however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable.
