Outstanding response from ACHS Members

Results are in from independent ACHS Member Survey 2023.

ACHS commissioned an independent research company Survey Matters to conduct a Membership Survey in 2023. Survey Matters previously conducted ACHS’s 2020 Membership Survey providing a baseline of information for comparison. The findings from this research provide feedback on a range of strategic initiatives implemented by ACHS in the last 3 years as well as providing insight for the future.

We are pleased to share the outstanding response we have had from Members, showing a marked improvement in overall satisfaction and giving us guidance on what matters most to our Member organisations. The areas highlighted for focus in 2020 are showing significant improvements and our implemented initiatives have been well received. It has been an invaluable exercise to ensure that we are providing the highest standard of service and highlighting any areas that need further focus.

The summary provided by Survey Matters was very encouraging:

“Compared to the 2020 Member Survey, these results show a marked improvement across overall satisfaction with the ACHS Accreditation Service, as well as with the Customer Service Managers, the Improvement Academy and the Clinical Indicators Program. ACHS should be proud of its achievements over the past three years.”

We pride ourselves on a culture of continuous improvement and strive to provide a service that exceeds expectations. Dr Karen Luxford, ACHS CEO, commented on the report: “We are delighted to see such an improvement in overall satisfaction from our Member organisations over the last three years. These survey results provide invaluable insights for our strategic direction and areas for further focus to support our Members. Thank you to all our Members who participated”.
