ACHS Hub - System Development

Your upgraded Member portal will be accessed via the ACHS Website and from here you will manage all your profile information. This function has been developed to support you with resources, education, and data through the entire accreditation cycle, not just at assessment time.

From the portal you can link to the latest ACHS news, events, training and access your Assessment Hub to check tasks, specific assessment resources and upload documents.

To support Members with activities related to accreditation, the Hub will provide reminders and links to resources as shown in the visual below. An example of an activity, would be to upload your Attestation Statement or provide approval of Assessor Profiles to assess your organisation. The Hub System will send automatic reminders to ensure information is provided and deadlines are met, allowing you to prioritise your assessment activities.

The Hub Member Portal will be a personalised space directly relating to your role and permissions within your organisation. From here you will be able to access the Assessment Hub, training courses, CPD Points, Member events, resources, the latest ACHS news and insights and more! You will be able to contact us directly through the portal, monitor permissions and update your own details as required.

Within the Hub Member Portal you will have the ability to update your personal and account details, plus check registrations and update marketing preferences. You will also be able to update access to the portal for your staff and ensure current access is accurate. 

The Hub will be your go-to portal for all your training and education needs, such as registration, pre-reading, certificates and invoices. As an ACHS Member you have access to exclusive complimentary events and discounts on all public training. You will see all training opportunities within the portal under the 'Training and Events' tab, where you can search by date or topic.
