Improvement Academy

Our Improvement Academy provides organisations, teams and individuals with practical skills, knowledge and expertise to improve the safety and quality of care they provide.

There are two types of Improvement Academy training programs:

1

Public training

Any members of your healthcare organisation can attend our public training. It is offered online, or on-site across Australia and in some international cities.

2

Custom training

If your organisation requires specific training, or you wish to upskill your people in a particular area, you can request customised training, where a trainer will come on-site to a location of your choice, or deliver it online.

Deeply committed to improving outcomes

Our Improvement Academy is run by an expert team which includes passionate, subject matter experts in quality improvement, patient safety, clinical governance, leadership, patient journey mapping and person-centred care. We offer quality training experiences through our innovative approaches to both interactive virtual and face-to-face training. We also offer both short and long-term programs across multiple sectors, as either public or custom events.

Project Summaries

The publication showcases work-based projects undertaken by participants of our Quality Improvement Lead (QIL) training program. Covering a range of subjects in clinical and non-clinical settings, we're proud to see how our graduates have made real improvements in their organisations.
