Measurement for improvement requires a specific set of principles including shifting away from averages and before and after measures. In this workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of how to include measurement for improvement over time into your everyday practice.

  • Gain insights into the measurement expectations of organisations with respect to overall governance and accreditation of health services.
