Supporting Members through Innovation: ACHS defines new Strategic Plan

ACHS is pleased to announce a new Strategic Plan 2026 - 2029 to guide us over the next three years.

ACHS has been at the forefront of quality and safety in healthcare since 1974, and our vision to inspire excellence in healthcare remains strong.  For over 50 years, our expert team have been supporting our Member organisations with a range of services including assessment, education, data performance and consulting services.  As we look to the future and embrace the dynamic nature of healthcare, we continue to focus on innovation and technology to support our Members. To uphold this direction, we recently completed our strategic planning process, and we are pleased to announce a new strategic plan to guide our organisation over the next three years. Led by our ACHS Board, and with input from the Council, staff, assessors and key stakeholders, we have taken feedback from all areas of the business to develop our new ACHS Strategic Plan 2026-2029.

This plan underscores our unwavering commitment to support our Members in delivering high quality, safe healthcare.

Here are the four Strategic Areas we will focus on:

  1. Being a Market Leading, Customer-Centric Service
  2. Diversifying Our Services and Being Innovative
  3. Being a Data-Driven Organisation
  4. Having an Adaptive, Responsive Culture

Effective from 1 July 2025, this new Strategic Plan provides a clear roadmap to drive innovation and growth across the organisation and continue our support to valued Members.
