What is the Patient Safety Culture Survey?
The PSCS is based on the globally recognised Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPS 2.0) developed by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) and adapted for the Australian context by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (ACSQHC).
